I have bought many of vehicles in my life time and this has to be the most easiest purchase. Peter was so honest and professional and didn't jerk me around he gave me the best price and there was no pressure. My first purchase from Mcguire Cadillac was made 6 years ago and I had such a wonderful experience the first time I decided to make my next and most recent purchase from them as well. The salesman, Bob Jacobson, was still there as was the Business manager Sam Kolenovic. They were both just as friendly, informative, and patient as I remembered. While not the closest Cadillac dealership to me, I was more than willing to travel knowing my experience there would be incredible. I would encourage anyone thinking about getting a new car to pay them a visit.
Great all around experience! I purchased a new 2024 Escalade ESV through Jodie in sales. She was super helpful and responsive in all steps of the process from finding a car that was due to come into inventory, keeping me updated of its transit status, letting me know what to expect for the final closing, showing me all of the car's features, etc. The finance manager Sam was exceptionally thorough and helpful in walking through all of the paperwork and process in finalizing the purchase. General manager Mark was also great in working with me on the pricing of the car. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend McGuire!
Just had a great experience with Arnie, the Salesman, and Sam, the Business Manger, at McGuire Cadillac in my purchase of a new Lyriq. This was my first experience with this dealership and I anticipate it won't be the last.
My review is about service over the past 10 years. Bill is my service manager and he has been outstanding. I have high mileage leases averaging 25K per year and never had an issue with my vehicles. Was never over serviced or over billed. On rare occasions that I had to go somewhere else it was only to buy Tires. Buying tires here is expensive. Costco has much better deals on same Michelin Tires.
Walked in, very interested in purchasing a XT 5. Multi employees sitting in their office, leaning back in their chairs, strolling on the cell phone. Finally was greeted and told to wait. Understandable but a half hour later
I felt like no one was even interested in making a sale or helping us. We decided to leave and give someone else our money.
